This is another great productivity tool. On a daily basis you consume so much content and it is extremely difficult trying to remember it all. Evernote solves this issue. It’s best for clipping, storing and sharing notes and important documents. It acts as your virtual file cabinet which you can organize by folders and tags for ease of storing and sharing.
If you’ve ever longed for a password management system, LastPass is the one. It allows you to keep your passwords in one place so that you will never forget a password again. You can simply login to your sites with one click.
Overall this tool allows you to eliminate the usual phone calls where you would be trying to describe your screen to a client or a team member. Hence, it reduces cluttered feedback and increases your efficiency.
This is my favorite online project management tool. It is great for tracking your personal projects or those of your clients. It provides a clear list of tasks, with tracking and alerts if they are not completed. It also has a central file store. I am able to provide my clients with updates in TeamworkPM that go directly to their inbox. My clients can also login to their portal to see the status of their projects or add new tasks.
Do you have any other productivity tool that you would like to add to this list? I would love to read your comments. Please share below.
